Privacy Policy for MCP Server Pro
Effective date: 22.03.2026
Suvorov Tmi built MCP Server Pro as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Suvorov Tmi and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the access, use, and disclosure of information if anyone decides to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to this Privacy Policy. The information accessed by the app is used only for providing and improving the Service. We do not use or share your information except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
MCP Server Pro is a local macOS application that exposes Apple and system tools, such as Calendar, Contacts, Notifications, Reminders, files, and other supported local services, through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
The app is designed to run locally on your Mac. MCP Server Pro itself does not transmit your personal data to our servers as part of its core functionality.
2. Information the App May Access
Depending on which tools you enable and which permissions you grant, MCP Server Pro may access data stored on your device, including:
- Calendar data
- Contacts data
- Notifications
- Reminders
- Files and folders you explicitly allow access to
- Other local macOS services you choose to enable
Access to this data depends on your macOS permission settings and your configuration inside the app.
3. How Information Is Used
MCP Server Pro uses information only to provide local MCP functionality on your device.
This means the app may read, process, and return data locally so that a connected MCP client can request and use that data through the MCP protocol.
MCP Server Pro does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
4. Local Processing and No Server-Side Collection by Default
MCP Server Pro is designed to process data locally on your device. We do not collect or store the personal data accessed through the app on our own servers as part of the app’s normal operation.
However, if you choose to contact us for support, send diagnostics, or otherwise provide information voluntarily, we may receive the information you choose to share.
5. Important Notice About MCP Clients and Third-Party Data Use
While MCP Server Pro itself does not send your data anywhere as part of its core local functionality, the client or application connected to MCP Server Pro may do so.
For example, an AI assistant, automation tool, script, or other MCP client may read data exposed by MCP Server Pro and then transmit that data to external services, cloud providers, APIs, or third parties.
Because of this:
- You should only connect clients you trust
- You should carefully review what tools and data you expose through MCP Server Pro
- You should avoid exposing sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential business data unless you fully understand how the connected client handles that data
- You are responsible for evaluating the privacy and security practices of any MCP client or downstream service you use with MCP Server Pro
6. Third-Party Services
MCP Server Pro may rely on third-party services for limited operational purposes, such as:
- App distribution and payment processing through Apple
- Crash reporting and diagnostics
- Analytics
- Customer support or communications, if offered
These third-party services may process certain technical information as necessary to provide their services. Such information may include device type, operating system version, app version, general usage events, crash logs, or similar diagnostic data.
We do not use third-party services for advertising or personalized marketing inside MCP Server Pro.
Any third-party service providers we use are required to process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
If you use or connect third-party MCP clients, APIs, tools, or services through MCP Server Pro, those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
7. Analytics and Diagnostics
To improve app stability, usability, and performance, we may use privacy-conscious analytics or diagnostics tools.
These tools may collect limited technical and usage information, such as:
- Device model
- macOS version
- App version
- Feature usage events
- Crash logs
- Error diagnostics
- Performance data
We use this information only to operate, maintain, and improve MCP Server Pro.
We do not use analytics data to identify you personally unless you voluntarily provide identifying information, such as through a support request.
8. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information through third-party products or platform tools that is commonly known as Log Data.
This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address where applicable, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics related to diagnosing technical issues.
Where possible, we seek to minimize the amount of information collected and use it only for troubleshooting, maintenance, security, and improvement of the Service.
9. Cookies
MCP Server Pro is a macOS application and does not use browser cookies itself.
However, third-party websites, SDKs, services, or connected clients may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
10. Permissions and User Control
You control what MCP Server Pro can access.
You can control access by:
- Granting or denying macOS permissions
- Choosing which MCP tools are enabled
- Limiting which local resources are exposed
- Disconnecting or disabling MCP clients at any time
You can also revoke app permissions through macOS System Settings.
11. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:
- With third-party service providers that help us operate, maintain, analyze, or support the app
- If required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- To protect our rights, safety, users, or the integrity of the Service
- In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, if applicable
Any data shared in these situations will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
As noted above, third-party MCP clients or services you choose to connect may separately collect, use, or transmit data according to their own practices.
12. Data Retention
Because MCP Server Pro primarily operates locally, we do not retain the personal data the app accesses on our servers as part of normal app functionality.
If we receive analytics, crash reports, support communications, or other diagnostics, we may retain that information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, improve the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Any local caching, logs, or stored configuration on your device remain on your device unless removed by you or by the operating system.
13. Security
We value your trust and strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect information handled by the app. MCP Server Pro is designed to operate locally and to rely on user-controlled permissions to reduce unnecessary data exposure.
However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or software operation is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The security of your data also depends on:
- The permissions you grant
- The tools you enable
- The MCP clients you connect
- The security of your Mac and local environment
- The third-party services you choose to use
14. Links to Other Sites
This Service may contain links to third-party sites or may interoperate with third-party services. If you click on a third-party link or connect to a third-party service, you will be directed to that third party.

15. Children’s Privacy
MCP Server Pro is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
16. App Pricing
MCP Server Pro is currently provided free of charge.
If pricing, paid features, or subscription terms are introduced in the future, they will be presented clearly in the app listing, app interface, or applicable terms.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
