The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") define the rules and guidelines for using GPT Code Creator for Xcode. If you access or utilize GPT Code Creator for Xcode, it implies your acceptance of these Terms. Application Description and Functionality
GPT Code Creator for Xcode is a macOS application that employs OpenAI to generate Unit Tests from code chosen by the user. The application's main role is to examine the code selected by the user and suggest possible Unit Tests that can be generated to assess the code's functionality. Users can then evaluate and modify the suggested tests prior to executing them.

License Terms and Limitations
Subject to these Terms, Dmitry Suvorov grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for personal or business purposes. Users are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application or any part of it.

Termination
Dmitry Suvorov may terminate these Terms and the user's access to the application at any time, with or without reason or notification. Upon termination, the user must immediately stop using the application and delete all copies of it.

LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This LICENSED APPLICATION (referred to as the "Application" hereinafter) is licensed to you, the end user, subject to the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (referred to as the "Agreement" hereinafter).
